Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform safety maintenance for fleet vehicles, compliant with local, state, federal and company policies
• Execute all mechanical repairs, maintenance and rebuilds of heavy-duty trucks and other related equipment
• Inspect belts, hoses, steering systems, brakes, fuel systems, wheel bearings and other potential troublesome areas for any additional repairs that may be needed
• Check, fill and/or change appropriate fluids for all vehicle parts and check/change filters
• Inspect and repair fleet vehicle support systems, such as electrical air and brakes
• Warrant all safety devices on vehicles are in good working order
• Road test vehicles when necessary to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure they are properly performing
• Perform all levels of Preventative Maintenance Inspections and repairs
• Inspect, test and listen to defective equipment using testing equipment, such as laptops and temperature and pressure gauges
• Identify warranty repairs and follow up to ensure payments are made
• Document all work on orders
• Keep work area clean and safe
• Perform other repairs and duties, as assigned
• Must be available Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 4:00pm. On-call and road calls, as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be A/C certified and have all the tools necessary to administer repairs
• College degree or certificate/degree in Automotive Mechanic or Automotive Technology training from a trade school preferred
• 3 - 5 years experience in heavy-duty diesel truck repair
• Proficient in break work, tire work, electrical work and welding
• Advanced knowledge of automotive components and systems
• Ability to drive and service company vehicles, when needed
• Possess your own tools, scanner and A/C machine
• Must be able to lift and carry weights exceeding 50 pounds
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid MD driver’s license, CDL with P & Airbrake endorsements
• Possess a valid DOT medical card or able to obtain one prior to hire
• Must be able to read and speak English well enough to communicate, understand and respond to questions
• Must have basic computer skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate all projects and establish standard project management processes across all programs, identifying, evaluating and prioritizing initiatives and resources
• Strategically develop the project management function, including building and leading an effective project management system
• Develop and document initiatives, work plans, targets and results to assure successful execution and to meet all project deadlines
• Develop and utilize dashboards, reports and tools to monitor and report on the health and progress of ongoing projects
• Lead the planning and tracking of project plans, reporting status and budget
• Manage incident resolution and risk management activities across multiple ongoing projects
• Standardize methods based on project needs, including templates, deliverable documents, dashboards, budgets and reporting
• Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives, making recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness
• Conduct formal quality assurance reviews with departments during and upon project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction
• Evaluate performance of all projects for the EVP

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration
• Proven track record of managing staff members at various levels and in different geographic locations
• Experience with department level budgeting and planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write technical documentation, reports and correspondence
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to present information effectively both internally and externally

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within your assigned territory
• Seek and qualify prospects in accordance with company account satisfaction goals
• Determine client business needs and develop proposals for solutions
• Evaluate market trends and recommend services to customers, based on their business needs
• Remain informed of market conditions and competitors and share information with customers as part of value-added services
• Answer customer questions about services, prices and availability and provide product information and practical online reservations training to customers
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, company meetings, etc.
• Liaise between the accounting department and client and collect all balances due based on approved credit terms
• Manage reservations and troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process, such as lack of inventory items, special order items, etc.
• Participate in sales meetings, company functions, promotions, customer visits and customer events
• Participate in ongoing training sessions
• Assist with the training of new employees, as requested
• Review and analyze daily and weekly reports, such as special order requests, customer bid files and sales/gross profit margins data
• Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, processing credit cards and pick-up requests, preparing sales quotes and menu suggestions and filing reports
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Hospitality (earned or in process) preferred or high school diploma/GED with 5 years minimum of sales experience 1 year of outside sales experience preferred
• Basic PC skills and proficiency with MS Outlook
• Willing to relocate to the geographical vicinity of territory if not already residing there
• Valid driver’s license with a ‘clean’ driving record, including no single DUI charges in the last 3 years and no multiple DUI charges within the last 7 years
• Current automobile insurance with the following limits of liability: $100,000 bodily injury each person and $300,000 each accident; $100,000 property damage required
• Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check)
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
